Everything you need to know about enrollment, attendance, and billing.

Registration & Enrollment

  • Continuous enrollment: once registered, children remain enrolled until you request to drop.
  • No registration or cancellation fees.
  • Automatic monthly payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
  • Class transfers are available as space permits.
  • Manage your account through the Parent Portal.

Attendance & Missed Classes

  • Strict student-to-instructor ratios are maintained for safety.
  • Missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition, or refunds.
  • One complimentary open gym pass per month is included with enrollment.
  • Additional open gym sessions are available at a 50% discount.
  • All families must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Cancellation

  • 2 weeks' notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel enrollment.
  • Parents must formally notify the facility to process drops — simply not attending does not constitute cancellation.

Credits & Refunds

  • No refunds are offered.
  • Tuition covers your class spot regardless of attendance.
  • Tuition is not prorated for absences or facility closures.
  • Individual cases involving injury or illness are handled on a case-by-case basis.
