Our Classes

Little Ninjas

Ages 5-7

Our youngest ninjas get a new obstacle experience every week. Classes feature lower-height obstacles including ropes, balance obstacles, monkey bars, and warped wall. All instructors are American Ninja Warrior show alumni who know how to keep things fun, safe, and challenging at every level.

Mighty Ninjas

Ages 8-12

Mighty Ninjas focus on specific obstacle progression, building skills week over week. Equipment includes rolling dice, wing nut side latches, salmon ladder, slider row, jumping spider, captain's hook, and a variable-height warped wall. This is where young athletes start training like real competitors.

Teen / Adult Ninjas

Ages 12+

Intense, high-difficulty training designed by show-experienced ninjas. Focus on upper body and grip strength, agility, 15-foot warped wall training, and competition preparation. Whether you want to compete or just push your limits, this class will challenge you.

Early Morning Ninjas

Mon / Wed / Fri — 5:30-6:30am

Get your training in before the day starts. Our early morning session offers a customizable format — match the teen/adult class structure, or train independently with full course setup and technique coaching from our staff. Perfect for adults who want consistent training on their own schedule.

Open Gym

For anybody and everybody. When the gym is open, come on in and practice on your own or with friends. All ages are welcome during open gym hours — no class required.
